At Pogorallydock, we do not believe in mass production. Every single piece of chocolate that leaves our Helsinki atelier is crafted, tempered, and molded by hand. Our master chocolatiers bring decades of experience to ensure the perfect snap, gloss, and texture in every bar and truffle.
It is a meticulous journey of patience—slow roasting the beans, precise conching, and careful cooling to achieve our signature smooth melt.
Pure Finnish Ingredients
Finland’s nature is bold, clean, and entirely unique. We harvest this essence by incorporating wild-foraged Lingonberries, golden Cloudberries from Lapland, and the richest, purest cream from local Finnish dairy farms.
These ingredients provide a striking contrast to our deep, robust cocoa, creating flavor profiles that are earthy, vibrant, and unmistakably Nordic.

Our packaging is entirely plastic-free, utilizing recycled paper and biodegradable films to protect our forests and oceans for generations to come.
